Been through that, and honestly I think that's a possible problem but doesn't turn you into a somewhat bad person. Like yes, being possessive can be pretty bad, but that's something you need to learn to out grow. I always tell people that trying to learn how to socialize, even if it's hard is good to start talking to other people and making friends. In fact it actually is the best way of learning how to improve in my opinion

It's ok to be clingy I believe, it shows how you care about them and that's not a problem at all. Although, if you see this as a problem socializing is probably the best option. You can still hold the dear people close to you but also meet new ones. Socializing can be scary but it's also satisfying, I believe everyone is a good person it all depends on how they react towards situation that describes them as imagure or not. Have you ever considerado why you're so exausted? It's ok if this sounds rude for me to straight up tell you. But really if you're tired why even keep pushing? You should give more value into your health, take a break and you breath. Pushing yourself to be social will make things worse, you need to just stop everything you're doing and not think. You're probably really busy but can't do it, but taking a break from socializing is good you know? I mean if if you do get sensitive over small things, maybe is a sign for you to stop what you're doing that is making you push yourself off your limit
