i dont think i have much of an all time character. when i think of characters i rlly like i think of doug, clint, and edward... so i guess ill explain why i like each of them a bit?

doug... i cant rlly explain well. i used to REALLY hate him and constantly think abt how much i hated him. i hated him so much it circled into liking him and now hes my most beloved character ever its actually rlly funny

clint... ive always liked horror game protags the most in games. the protag going through all those horrible things, and i play as him, i cant help but start liking him. i like how well he portrays the themes of the game. how he wants to help amelea but sacrifices others in the way. how he ends up picking the selfish choice because hes just human. its the guilt that gets me, similarly with doug

edward... how can you not liek him? hes so fucking funny RIDDLER 4LIFE!!!! i dont even have to say anything i did not name my nekoweb site after riddler for no reason. i love you riddler best batman villain

ok this time im gonna talk abt THE RIDDLER!!!!!!!!!!! because hes my favorite batman villain, and OBVIOUSLY hes a main character in fatal fears.

there is TWO RIDDLERS in fatal fears.

the first is edward nygma. orange hair, flashy green suit, bowler hat and cane, question marks everywhere. your classic riddler, wants to outwit the bat. hes the father of eveline nygma. (thats the name of enigma in this au)

hes around the same age as bruce, doesnt really blame him for causing the apocalypse because he insists it must be something else. due to being a similar age to bruce, he got eveline pretty young. so its like a clem and aj situation

he starts off veryy riddlery, but gets reformed and goes from villain to hero because he doesnt want eveline to be coo coo crazy. detective riddler arc!!... not really. the name riddler gets abandoned so hes just eddie

and thats when the second riddler comes in!! edelle nashton. edelle nashton is inspired by the riddler from batman 2022. shes a girl with brown hair, wears darker clothes, etc. she doesnt really care about riddles that much, but shes a copycat killer. aka modeled and inspired by the original riddler.

you can tell its her crimes because instead of planning elaborate puzzles with a few uh.. necessary kills.... she just goes straight for the kill and then leaves her little clues behind.

edelle instead goes through a fake hero to villain arc. shes always the villain, but bridget (or bruce whatever name you like) doesnt realize it until later. shes slightly younger than bridget.

edelle accompanies bridget through most of her adventure when shes in hiding, before bridget becomes the batman. edelle wants to kill bridget, because she figured out bridget is bruce, and blames her for the apocalypse. bridget doesnt really notice. not because shes dumb, she just hasnt interacted with a lot of people yet.

edelle and edward are not related, nor do the ever meet. she just kinda knows the name riddler, and edward is mad someone is "doing a shitty imitation of him" but is preoccupied with other things.

as for eveline she isnt really a riddler. she wants to be his sidekick for a bit as enigma but edward is like "NO!!!!!!!" so he stops being the riddler and she stops caring about it

arkham knight riddler has my soul... literally the humanization of the word freak

this is the second ask abt the batman au so THIS TIEMM im gonna talk a bit abt bruce ol wayne

so bruce in the au is actuall RLLY YOUNG!!!! his parents died when he was 8 (same way as normal batman yk w the alley) except they turned into zombies like right after. and bruce saw it happen btw... so the FIRST EVER ZOMBIES in the au where bruces parents.

it quickly became chaos and zombies everywhere and death and pain. bc bruces parents were the first zombies the majority of gotham blames bruce for the apocalypse (HE WAS 8 LEAVE HIM ALONE)

anyway in the CURRENT time of the au, bruce is 18. so its been 10 years of apocalypse for him and he was a kid through most of it. because hes 18 he isnt really batman batman (like gadgets and suit and the like)... but he also is batman just on a more... idk how to explain it. diy way?? LMAO

because most of gotham hates bruce, he changed his name to bridget and has like long hair and such. yeah they dont recognize him bc last time gothamites saw him he was 8. also fun fact bridget has hypotropia AND that eye is completely blind. it happened when his parents turned to zombies...

also i know i keep referring to him w he/him pronouns but bruce in this au is bigender he/she. i just like sticking to one pronoun for like. a whole text bc its easier for me to understand LOL
