How do you deal with hate and annoying comments? Asking as someone who's OC's also are horrible people who rape ppl and take advantage of eachoter. They are not well known it I have had my brushes with antis because of my media preferences and thoughts about art. But how does one deal with it on a large scale?

The main decision factor is whether Cy thinks Lynn is gonna get trauma/serious injuries from him ignoring her safeword. If it looks like she can take it, he's not gonna stop.

Just saw your awnser to the misogyny/dick size question and i thought the first part of the awnser was pretty interesting! Can you elaborate on his feelings about women? Im guessing its bc of some kind of childhood event, he dosent seem to be the type to be radicalized by media.
No "childhood event" at all, it's just the chemical reaction to the combo of him being attracted to women + feeling superior to the people around him + having a degradation kink. I think you have to keep in mind Cy is self-aware about his misogyny– he's aware the scientific studies out there prove women aren't any less competent or smart than men. But because he enjoys degrading Lynn, he joyfully leans into his misogynistic tendencies because it'll get both of them off, and because traditional gender roles are his vision of a good D/s dynamic. Engineering is also a very male-dominated field, so the culture is pretty different from your average work environment. Some of Cy's more unironic biases probably come from there.

Kinky pain can feel nice after the fact- it's just bruises, after all. Cutting, on the other hand, is generally more painful and also specifically a trigger for Lynn. Most suicide methods that aren't a bullet to the head can generally be excruciatingly painful, whether you succeed or not. Not the kind of pain Lynn can eroticize.

How would Cy be different if he was born with a much smaller penis? His misogyny seems to stem from him being so much bigger and stronger, but say he had a micropenis medically, or Erectile Dysfunction, how would that "failure" as a man impact his character?
Cy's misogyny is... complicated. It's half-ironic, but also kind of a core aspect of his personality, but also something he plays up both for kink and laughs, and also something he knows he's factually pretty wrong about.
As for penis size– it's funny you mention it, because I made a comic where Cy gets a little annoyed he can't reach Lynn's cervix past a certain point during sex. Of course, being a bit shorter than average (5.2") is nothing like having a micropenis or ED, but you get the vibe. He'd be generally annoyed, but not any less dominant. You have to keep in mind a lot of the kinky sex and D/s lifestyle Cy and Lynn partake in doesn't even involve PIV sex! Cy doesn't need a big dick to do impact play with Lynn, to do bondage with her, to get his dick sucked, to do puppy play, to do general Master/servant play, etc. So while not having adequately performing junk might hurt his ego a little, he's got plenty to do with Lynn that doesn't involve his dick. Also, Lynn's not really a size queen, I think she'd get over performance issues pretty fast just doing breath play with him.

Oh, they definitely do roleplay where Cy gets Lynn to wear "younger" clothing and she usually pitches her voice up to sound younger too. Usually he's fantasizing about students when they do that, or it's instead a fantasy of a younger version of Lynn. She herself doesn't care much for it, but she enjoys making Cy feel nice, so she indulges him from time to time.

asking for a bit of advice for portraying that sort cylynn vibe? rapist/their victim, embarrassed but spent all middle/highschool as an "anti" bc i didnt wanna be kicked outta my tiny friend group. feel nervous trying to write smthg i have 0 actual experience with and might completely fuck up, plus feel bad bc i dont wanna make actual rape victims look bad. so much damn shame w writing this, just wondering how you do it so beautifully
I'm gonna be honest with you, I don't have a secret technique, it's mostly vibes. I guess my main piece of advice would be... don't let your fear of "making rape victims look bad" hold you back. But that's a bit vague, so I'll elaborate.
Since you like Lynn so much, let me use her as an example: she's a survivor in more ways than one, has gone through terrible things, comes from a low class background, she's a woman of color, and she's also completely morally depraved and generally a pretty shitty person. But somehow, when you read my work, I don't think your takeaway is "she makes lower class people/Asian women/rape survivors look bad". Instead, what you think is "this is an interesting character"!
If you focus on trying to write a character that will "represent" a large number of people, you will end up representing no one, because every person is unique, and there's nothing particularly interesting about some vague depiction of any group of people. Instead, you should be as specific as possible. What makes this character of yours stand out? Why are they the way that they are? What makes them tic? What are their flaws, what are their qualities? What are their weird quirks, or instead how do they conform to societal expectations? Those are the things people are going to remember, and also why they're going to bond with your character, be it because they relate to that character, because they don't relate to them at all, because it makes them think of someone they know, or because that character is unlike anyone they've ever met.
It's of course entirely possible that you'll end up accidentally writing something offensive. Don't be afraid of it! Sometimes being offensive is bad, but sometimes it's good. Think about how that offensiveness impacts the work and the people that read it. If you see it as a net negative, then by all means, do some research to try and fix it. But if there's something good you can get out of it, keep it. Share your work with people who won't jump at your throat at the slightest mistake, hear out constructive criticism (you're free to take it or leave it), and ignore blind hatred.
