Reminder that sometimes, anxiety occurs or worsens when you haven't taken care of your body.

If you want to lessen the symptoms, check if you're eating or drinking properly and whether your sleep schedule is healthy. Anxiety is commonly linked with your physical health, since physical stress also causes distress to your brain and not just emotional stress.

(This might be helpful to those with alexithymia... I think.)
