is this a safe space. i think a lot of more obscure enstars pairings are just a sensationalized trope bcos fans have nothing to base off of since there’s so little canon interaction between them. maybe im jsut boring and love to follow the development of close pairings idk. there’s a certain few ships that are justtt poorly disguised size difference iykwim
I get that but imo what frustrates me the most is when a rarepair DO have Canon interaction but the people shipping them don't even bother basing their ideas off of it/have no understanding of the characters involved. I'm not anti rarepair at all (see: I ship souma and keito with literally anyone I can lol) but I do feel a similar sentiment where certain pairs are liked for what tropes they might fit into rather than the actual characters they Are.
