honestly most of them could use a hug. One from Star Trek: Enterprise that comes to mind, especially after seeing the episode "Minefield", is Malcolm Reed. He's got so much generational trauma and fear that he hides out of a sense of duty, even though his Captain repeatedly tells him he doesn't have to.
