Souma trying to do reparations for Kanata's fish atrocities. He wants to point out that some things are better without fish but Also 'Shinkai-dono can do whatever he wants' so he spends most of his energy 'fixing' Kanata's food. It tastes kind of off but he will eat it. For love. I could totally see them doing a bento swap as well :). Kanata likes watching souma cook and thinks he looks soooo cute when he's blowing on soup to cool it down. Souma might also get very passionate about knife technique and try to teach Kanata how to cut things more efficiently and safely... Maybe even guide Kanata with his hands. Ultra cute
