I always get Alex G and A.G. Cook mixed up, so I come into Alex G stuff expecting hyperpop and get mild whiplash from how soft and quiet it is... anyway, Serpent is Lord is decent, has some good vocal layering, but it's not really my thing, I like music with a more complex or unusual timbres
