If it was just an on camera gift then there would be no reason for Todd to get mad because he would know it's just business and means nothing, he was always jealous of David and def thought it was inappropriate he got his girlfriend a birthday present and that big/personal
Nope David forgot Ilya's birthday, he even said he had even asked Taylor that morning if there was anything going on that day and she said no lol, everyone forgot
