I've heard various people talking about making pages full of common codes but I haven't seen one yet (and I'm sure if I did I'd have plenty of feedback...)

CSS is extremely powerful, you can do basically anything with it (save for fundamentally re-arranging the site layout or changing how it functions), so it's probably best to just come up with some ideas and ask how to implement them
