How would we prepare for the future not knowing what to expect, like stated, they lie just to be elected, so how could we possibly prepare for the worst? Also even if this fails, we still try to put effort because our rights should not just be taken like that? we fought for them centuries ago just for us to be hit with this.

Well, we do have Project 2025 as a document of what Republicans want to do, given absolute power. We have the history of what they've done when elected at the state level, and it's reasonable to assume they want to do something similar at the federal level. It's not certain, but not completely unpredictable either. And organizations fighting for civil rights can be both proactive and reactive, but you need to organize to have an organization.

Also even if this fails, we still try to put effort because our rights should not just be taken like that?

Then I don't think we fundamentally disagree, because what I'm saying is precisely that you should put in effort to ensure human rights. Not that your effort has to look exactly the same as mine, but I do think good strategy is important.
