sigh... dr ratio wasn't accepted into the genius society because he's not as selfish as the rest. while the geniuses tend to keep their knowledge to themselves, ratio's goal is to spread his knowledge as vastly as possible, which is why i admire him. he considers himself an ordinary person (calling himself a mundanite, meaning ordinary) though to me he is a great human being and my words elude me when i speak about him... i hc him as self-destructive and emotionally vulnerable at times because in his lore he realized he'd never be accepted into the genius society and i think that really affected him because in his interactions with screwllum (member #76 of the genius society) you can hear how candid and straightforward he is and i think he spoke to screwllum with a hint of jealousy in his voice that he might not even realize. while i am not necessarily a fan of screwtio (screwllum x ratio) i think the dynamic is interesting. i have more to say but i'm at 987 characters lol
