You may need to mark your custom CSS changes as !important!
Side note: some of the settings in your account settings don't give you a message because they're local settings

It won't let me edit anything. Any changes to profile won't save...

WHY WON'T CUSTOM CSS WORK IN APP THEME????? And I made my alt's theme taking into account the different color navbar ;_;
