There's a saying here that says "hey look, this year autumn was on Tuesday" that's just how opposite to that the climate here is...I'm kinda jealous :/

yeah, here it's more of a gradual transition. we get to enjoy the leaves falling for a bit before it starts snowing and the roads freeze over, and we get to enjoy the trees re-blooming for a bit before it becomes a cancer risk to go outside
in the winter and summer we have days with really low or high temperatures, and days with nice medium temperatures, about equally
