If I had to analagously describe the schizoid state & its ( possible cause of ) development: it's mixing a myriad of wonderous shades of paint until it homogenizes into a dull shade of gray.
There's nothing more invalidating than trying to fight against your own personality disorder. Likewise, it's hope-draining to lose to it.
Oh, this is challenging. I adore the avant garde, & I can't possible envision how my music taste could've developed without it. Then, equally, my enjoyment with music will diminish somewhat if I don't listen to something catchier like pop, hip-hop, or rap. The middle ground for all of these, I suppose, is classical music! My favourite artists ( e.g Igorr ) is still considered classical, I love opera if I need to hear human voices, there are plenty of iconic pieces to choose from already, classical metal exists, evocative atmosphere, etc.
Do you prefer shows or movies?
Movies. I prefer contained plots where I know there will be a conclusion, rather than be once again disappointed by a streaming service cancelling a series once it's getting good. Kaos, for example. Season 01 was only the set up for the kaos that's to reign above Zues' hubris, only for Netflix to abandon it. Aggregeuous.
What's a song you like, but would never recommend to anyone because it's crazy / has an obscure genre / sounds weird / etc?
The VT Experiments' entire discography, particularly Ego Trip, Narcissus in Bloom, & Mania to name a few of my favourites. I adore playing music like this in the background when I want sound: a stimulant without words to catch me off my focus, but not as soothing as Larger Than Life classical music.
03 cups of coffee. 03 cups was what it took for caffeine to kick in. I'm afraid I'm developing a resistance & it must only get worse from here.

when creating your current original character, how did you originally want their personality to be? has that personality been realized, or did they turn out to be different from what you initially planned?
My current character, Min-seo, was a liar. That's cher entire concept. Something living an ordinary identity to hide. . . Something. It was an endeavour trying to flesh out thou without removing the mystery shrouding cher. Ever more so when Min-seo's friends are much more eccentric, with their bold personalities that refined their dynamic seamlessly. It couldn't be helped that che was dull in comparison. So, I went with my usual approach on my character creation process: if I'm stuck, look at what I have & lean into it.
The flaw in my 01st approach was trying to pin down Min-seo with a solid identity, tangible goals & consistent motives, when that went against everything che stood for. Min-seo is nebulous, disingenuous, & should stay as such. With this reassurance, Min-seo's place with cherish friends solidified into that of a blob: the neutralizer, the white rice in a hotpot, someone to balance out all their oddities. Imprecisely the mother of the group, nor the glue & heart. Rather, the blood & veins?
What helped most of all was the question, "Is thou a charlatan if thou doth not know thy truth?"
