Gonna post this here bc im bored. My life improved by leaps and bounds when I stopped engaging in nonsense and started using social media less and less. I'm a very social person so while it does make me very sorrowful that my online circle is much smaller than it used to be I've become so much happier bc it means I don't have to enterain weird behavior from people anymore. I'm sure many parents have told y'all your "bad" behavior/depression is bc you're always on your phone and now that I'm older I realize. Man. It really was that damn phone lmao.

My mother may have said it to me to be dismissive of my mental illness but I do now acknowledge I could have turned out a little better if I wasn't glued to technology growing up. This isn't to say that social media is bad bc ofc its not and I've had a myriad of pleasant experiences but I've also had a number of negative ones. It's a matter of how you use it. If you know how to use it in a healthy way then you're set but unfortunately a lot of people don't. Being less chronically online didn't fix my issues but sometimes you just need to disengage and find a little joy in things outside of your online life :}.

I’m doing well! Today was not very eventful. I went out with my family to do some last minute shopping and I was so exhausted when I got back home because I live with a lot of family members so grocery shopping is always hectic. I’m on a break from college right now but I do have an essay to write that I’ve been neglecting it so I did that thing where you open your laptop and then u end up just. Being on your phone LMAO I’ll probably do it sometime later I’m a real big procrastinator.

This is the 714-MK2 Fullerton from Aria. The body of the guitar is made with poplar, and I believe the neck is with roasted maple? The pickups are Alnico 5. If you ever decide to pick up guitar for yourself (or maybe u already play guitar!), know that alnico is an amalgamation of aluminum, nickel, and cobalt. The number after the term alnico (2, 3, 5) tells you how strong its magnetism is bc electric guitar pickups are essentially just magnets w/ wire wrapped around them. 3 has the weakest magnetic force (mainly bc it has no cobalt), 2 is comfortably in the middle, and 5 is the strongest. I bought it impulsively because I liked its color and it’s become one of my favorite guitars because I have these gorgeousssss turquoise earrings and they pair so nicely with them so it made me feel a little less guilty about spending my money so impulsively lol. It doesn’t sound like some crazy ass $5k guitar but it’s comfortable to play and has a good output so I’m content with it ｡(^▽)ゞ

I'm terribly blind and I've been myopic since like. birth and I broke my glasses 20 days ago. I got new ones about 2 weeks ago and I think theres a specification I forgot to ask for bc whenever I'm in a brightly lit place I can see the reflection of the lights in my glasses and its slightly annoying but we ball bc ian got TIMEEE to get my lenses altered/replaced this shit was not cheap !! I have twitter so I don't know why I talk into the void here.

I don’t rlly have followers on here yet I need to share this account around but I wanted to share a little shower thought. Dreams by Fleetwood Mac is one of my all time favorite songs it’s so beautiful. Bands like Fleetwood and Dire Straits really inspired me to pick up guitar when I was a young teenager and start this little band my wife and I have with our friends. Law school is kicking my ass and I will def never have time to fully devote myself to a band bc I have so many other ambitions and it always makes me dejected but I’ll always find a little solace in music and I think that’s a wonderful thing :3.
