O3. fact: his favorite band is southern all-stars ! him and another one of my f/os are the reason i even listen to the band (seriously. i love erotica seven. if you’re into rock music or anything like that i’d say give them a chance) headcanon: he and kuon were both like. besties at some point. ignoring some things kuon did for a moment, i think gagamaru saw him as a brother and found comfort in talking to him about southern all stars. what might have been……

O6. you are NOT ready for the rant i’m about to have for this. ace attorney. i’m stuck between wanting to rant about the apollo justice trilogy or tgaa chronicles, so i’ll just do apollo justice but uhm. feel free to ask again if you’re curious about the other !!

so. the apollo justice trilogy. i love it BWAH !! this trilogy has so many of my favorite characters and cases but it also has my least favorite case (i guess they gotta have a bad part somewhere) i could easily rant about how much i hate that case, but. i won’t. anyways…. this games story goes SO HARD. i heavily relate to the main character (apollo) he’s literally ME. plus his entire backstory made me sob his ass can’t have shit😭 a lot of people say his backstory is pretty…… a lot, and i have to agree to some extent. but that doesn’t mean i’m not sad every time i learn more !! not many people were fans of nahyuta but his brotherly relationship with apollo. GOD. i love all the characters GRAAAAHHH

klavier and blackquill are probably my all time favorites, though. but oh my god. i remember i wanted to make an essay about how much i wish they explored klavier’s backstory more because they typically do that for the prosecutors ! but NOO… let’s only focus on how terrible his brother is. I WANNA KNOW WHAT HIS CHILDHOOD WAS LIKE !!! WHAT WERE THEY LIKE AS CHILDREN ??? whatever i’m salty. they did him so dirty in dual destinies though that was NOT my malewife.

anyways i mentioned blackquill so blackquill moment !! his story got to me so badly as well because MY GOD. i’m trying so hard not to put spoilers but the way he blamed himself and ruined his life to protect athena hurt my heart so bad. it did not help athena got so distressed when she remembered her past i wanted to SOB MY HEART OUT. they’re both so complex characters that could be easily be boiled down to one trait but they’re so much more than it. and i honestly loved seeing blackquill finally being happy and living his life. that also led to one of my favorite cases, and although i don’t want to spoil, i will say that i was…. pleasantly surprised by the representation of DID ? i don’t have it but i used to know ppl who did so it was honestly fairly neat. and i just love the way they went about it because i was genuinely worried it was going to be filled with negative stereotypes at first. so yeah, great game

okay i’m done now… i’m sorry if the rant makes zero sense but it’s hard to talk about ace attorney and ONLY talk about a singular thing. hope this was good though and not too much yapping for your liking…… 💔
