I almost feel bad responding to this because I’ve reread it in my message box so many times. Yes…yes to all of this.

The diapered Medic acts like it’s soooo terrible, but in reality his heart is racing every time he diapers himself before a battle, knowing the other may give a quick check or pat. Sometimes the other Medic will wait until the end of the round, giving him a false sense of security to use it, only to tug the front of his jodhpurs open and give a ‘disappointed’ “Mhm…”. Diapered Medic just whimpers, knowing the man was looking directly at his wet padding and knowing his secret. Sometimes he might even give a swat, or pull on the loop of his pants for a mini wedgie, just to hear that wonderful crinkling and shuffling sound.

I’m not as into this personally but another fun element could be using the diapered Medic as a personal urinal. Pulling him aside, only to pull his labcoat to the side and tug back his pants and padding. Well, I suppose that depends on who finds out!

If it were someone like Engie or Heavy, they would be surprisingly understanding. Knowing the basics of the fact Medic is slightly incontinent, they’d be caring and non-judgmental about it. Frankly though, Medic would hate himself deep down, knowing they’re only being so kind to him because they think his body is aging. The thought of telling them he’s done this to himself on purpose and even gets off to such things makes his heart flutter in the worst way, the fact they’re being so kind despite him being a lying pervert who gets off with diaps. That in it of itself also gets him off…it’s a vicious cycle.

I don’t think Sniper or Demoman would really care, if anything they just wish they hadn’t found out because now they just imagine the old bastard padded up. They wouldn’t be outwardly comforting like Engie and Heavy, but deep down they both know a thing or two about having accidents with their respective drugs of choice.

Spy and Soldier would be disgusted, but in different ways. Spy would be absolutely uncaring and disgusted that Medic can’t get ahold of himself (not really understanding incontinence and refusing to listen to Medic’s explanations). Soldier would see it as an embarrassing lack of manliness, surely going into some lead-water laiden rant about how real men drop em and do their business out in the open like God intended soldiers do, with no shame!

Pyro…I’m not really sure. Maybe a muffled giggle from her, but ultimately she’d be interested and find the cute ones interesting. Nothing too judgmental, but her curiosity is a bit embarrassing. Medic still can’t figure out if she wears or just has an iron bladder.

And worst of all, Scout…this man would never know peace again. The bastard would laugh so hard his stomach would hurt, and then some. Every opportunity, he’d be teasing the man, asking him about how full his “widdle pampers” are, kicking him in the ass, pulling his pants. All to the dismay and delight of Medic himself, hating it so deeply and yet finding himself padded and humping against his pillow at the thought of Scout bullying him for his new affliction. I used to be staunchly CG Medic only, but I agree! I think it’d be quite hard for him at first, but some quiet nights in the laboratory get him thinking and yearning a bit.

As silly and wild as his disposition is, I think Medic could really benefit from regressing from time to time. As you said, he’s always caring for others. They’re always whining his name, calling for him, needing the simplest injuries fixed…the man deserves to shut his brain off for a while. It would be hard at first, but with some proper coaxing, he’ll soon be happily wetting and drooling as if he isn’t 50+.

Also, absolute agree on the nap. I imagine him in a matching pajama set, padded up, looking up at his carer a bit confused as they take his glasses off and place him in bed.
