i suppose i should start answering my own questions lol.
depends on who is saying it, how they're saying it, and if it really is nothing for me to worry about or not. i attempt to chill, but tbh, it does make me more upset to have to hear someone tell me it. i'll probably write it out angrily in my journal later then lash out though, LMAO.
it depends on why they're telling me to chill out tbh. if it actually warrants saying that then sure i'll acknowledge that i need to take a breather or think about how im acting but if i'm completely fine or they're the one getting mad then i would just be disappointed mostly that they don't understand what i'm saying or projecting their own anger on to me
Depending on the person and who is telling me this I’m probably get more pissed but won’t say anything unless I’m,truly gonna crash out.
because im a very mature well mannered person, i show it to their face that i'm chilling out but in a passive agressive way and i give them the silent treatment 💞
Yes and no, it all depends on tone and how upset I am. Nowadays, I'd say yes, since I understand how to get a grip of my emotions better.
depends on the person/what im angry about tbh, I rarely get angry so I don't really have a response since no one really tells me to chill out
I might be the only person in the world who actually does chill out most of the time, and I'm rarely told to anyway because I'm averse to conflict, but I sometimes wonder if that is a character flaw
