CG/L medicest dynamic where one puts aside time to indulge his counterpart in a secret little hobby of his. Despite having specific agreed upon times to go all the way, he still demands that the other Medic be diapered at all times. Just so that he can smack his padded butt on the battlefield when nobody's looking and give him a teasing, knowing smirk at the crinkling noise and the feeling of there being an extra layer underneath. Other Medic yelping and going beet red in the face at the crinkling alone, hoping nobody else heard it, trembling like a leaf from the embarrassment and how much that thought turns him on.

The diapered Medic acts like itās soooo terrible, but in reality his heart is racing every time he diapers himself before a battle, knowing the other may give a quick check or pat. Sometimes the other Medic will wait until the end of the round, giving him a false sense of security to use it, only to tug the front of his jodhpurs open and give a ādisappointedā āMhmā¦ā. Diapered Medic just whimpers, knowing the man was looking directly at his wet padding and knowing his secret. Sometimes he might even give a swat, or pull on the loop of his pants for a mini wedgie, just to hear that wonderful crinkling and shuffling sound.
Iām not as into this personally but another fun element could be using the diapered Medic as a personal urinal. Pulling him aside, only to pull his labcoat to the side and tug back his pants and padding. The padded Medic turns bright red, feeling as his CG sighs with relief, pissing down into the padding below. Once heās finished, he simply lets go of the back of his pants, before giving a playful swat to his now soaked padded butt. Diapered Medic has to skitter back off to his work, knowing the warm swelling around him is the enemy Medicās piss.
So many ideas!!!! I love this dynamic with Medicest so much. š¤š¤š¤

I see it quite often on the ABDL side of twt! I do love it with them though, one coming in from the front or back and just unzipping as if this were normal. Diapered Medic just whimpering because he knows this will be blamed on him somehow, knowing heāll be teased for wetting when he wasnāt even the one to wet it. Not that the other Medic would listen to a dumb baby like himā¦surely he just went and forgot!
Oh my lord all of this was so good, but especially the last part. Something about the dom using someone else's diaper as a makeshift toilet, and him not making a big deal out of doing so but still teasing him, and the fact that he's now marinating in someone else's piss, now that's good.
