An important guideline update.

While we need to revamp the organization of our guidelines, we would like to highlight an update from it. Please specify our limits when selecting URLs from your list. Eg. "You may do off limits and however many URLs you'd like". This makes trading easier for us. Some of you guys have really good URLs but we're hesitant to offer because we default to your limitations and do not offer on your "NFT" URLs. Another tip: Please include a list of URLs you're interested in. The longer the better, I don't mind overtrading or adding if needed.
