this is so dumb but:

1. i got the text gif from textstudio
2. i made the background graphic by editing elements together in pixlr
3. i used ezgif to resize everything to the way i wanted it and also use the graphic as the background for the gif

there is 100% an easier way to do this if you have the right programs, but i don't, so i just spent like. 4 hours on this.
