BATTLE ROYALE, the novel by Koushun Takami. I am OBSESSED with Battle Royale and if I had the skill to write my own take on BR with my OCs I would LOVE to do it. throwing all my blorbos into a killing game would be SO FUN and I honestly want to write something like it someday, even if it takes me forever. BR is one of my top three books I've ever read and had huge effect on my brain.
