1. My biggest fear is abandonment. It wasn't always so bad, but over the past few months, it's gotten a lot worse, to the point where, if I were asked to do so, I would completely change myself to conform to someone's vision of who I should be. I'm a huge people pleaser to keep people in my circle lol.
2. I love my boyfriend because he is someone I have hurt many times, yet he has always stayed by my side. It's not a flex to say I've hurt him, by the way. I take no pride in it. But to think that someone can love, adore, and revere me, regardless of my faults and wrongs, is very nice. It keeps me up at night, wondering what I've done to deserve such admiration.
3. I don't believe anyone is irredeemable. But it can be easy to be seen as such if you lack self awareness. Being unable to acknowledge something you've done, admit that it was wrong, and commit yourself to change. I am aware change is not easy, and I'm content with staying by others' sides until they get where they want to be. But people who simply do not want to change, people who refuse to acknowledge others' attempts to help them, people who refuse to acknowledge how their actions harm others or themselves are a different story, you see.
4. I do not believe in God. There are more complex, personal reasons involved, but for the sake of this ask, I'll just say my faith isn't very strong :)
5. The smells of lavender. Sweat. Fresh paint. Laundry detergent. Pollen. Dust. Fresh paint.
6. My boyfriend and my mother even though the relationship with my mother is kind of complicated :)
7. I believe love is something that can take many forms. To clarify, love is the connection between like-minded individuals, and that connection takes many forms. The strength of that connection depends on your emotional bond with that like-minded person in your life. Love is something warm, raw, unfiltered, and endless. Love is something so deeply intimate and potent, nothing can deter it. Love is something that burns and hurts and leaves you aching. Love is something bound to make you or anyone cry.
