Your comic and work has given me much needed acceptance for my own chub body ;w; I love how much body positivity you put into your works! Now the question, how do any of the races transition from mtf/ftm?

And yes, Narakyian transition quite often. Around 5% of the population are trans. They'll even have a ceremony, it's called Renewal.
As for the other races, there are trans people out there but think of it like humans in more historical times. They exist, but they're not readily accepted and there really isn't language for what they are.
