im not sure how experienced with piercings you are ? but heres some unsolicited piercing advice! so if your helix is getting worse then you may want to see if getting new jewelry (diff material ie implant grade titanium, diff shape ie stud instead of hoop? not sure which u have but hoops are awful for healing) helps, or if you can maybe call your dr ? the place you were pierced might be helpful too ! mine is mad at me because i tried to downsize when it was apparently not ready </3. ermm travel pillows work well with sleeping bc they keep your ear off the bed, inflammation reducing pain meds might help with swelling/pain, and that helixes are in a part of the ear that gets beat up a lot (glasses, headphones) and that sometimes they take over a year to heal (a very long year 😭) ! i personally really like PiercingWithScott on youtube for info on piercing stuff !
