i've always described seokrik as two cats sitting on the same sofa. they have an inherent level of ease due to sharing a language, and also they are both chill in general. they both can play up/heighten the dramatics for comedy, especially mttw, but their baseline is so easygoing. mttw tends to mirror the energy of whoever he's interacting with so with rik, he gets to just kind of hang back. that's why most of their interactions are just casual english conversations. it's also why it's so fucking funny when rik gets riled up bc mttw doubles down.

i think that they kiss btwn rounds of nba 2k. in terms of like, Capacity For Casual Sex, rik is on the higher end of that list (and i do have a list). mttw is, of course, mttw, and he loves any and all intimacy. so if rik one day just leans in mid convo to gently peck mttw's lips, a non-committal thing that he can't really explain, mttw definitely would just beam and smack a kiss on rik right back.
