He's fucking going around the world crossing them one one by one. Charles Darling from the comics is a pretty good source for an excuse plot involving the mercs getting dicked down by exotic and endangered species and I just know Medic would be a regular of his. Darling finds it funny watching their faces on the other side as he knows Medic's milking them dry, wasting their seed on some pervert instead of using it on a mate of their own species to try and make it a little less endangered. To Medic though the fact that they're endangered makes it all the more thrilling to him, limited edition experience. He probably somehow had a thylacine fuck him before they went extinct, or always dreamed of bringing one back to life just for the experience. As for the orca, there certainly are easier ways to find out their dicks are eight feet long and prehensile... but he's up for the challenge. He ends up getting impaled all the way through, only still alive by downing an Uber canteen at the right time. Yet getting fucked is still excruciating painful yet pleasurable and he's having the time of his life freeing Willy.
