Does Clayton ever feel any guilt for the serial murders?

No. He really doesn't think of them much once their bodies have been disposed of. After everything that happened to Clayton, starting with the deployment of his last mission and ending with his wife leaving him for someone else, he doesn't view other people as human beings anymore. He has so much rage in him and blind hatred for the rest of the world that he loses all empathy for other people. He wants to have Willa back and chooses his victims on that criteria. He's looking for a stand-in for his ex-wife. Inevitably, the victim breaks his fantasy and he gets to punish Willa over and over despite never actually killing Willa.
