Lol I’m from Louisiana and I feel the same way. Who evacuates during a hurricane? Doesn’t make sense to me unless you’ve got like a family member who needs to be hooked up to a breathing machine or something
Yeah, I don’t evacuate because I know my area and this isn’t my first hurricane! I’d definitely leave if I was told to or if I know my area is prone to flooding. Anyone who stayed on Fort Myers Beach/Captiva is an idiot considering they can’t even stand a tropical storm.
It’s 8pm and I just hear a lot of wind so far. The lights flickered once or twice.
