this theory def makes sense since gyuvin goes home to see his family quite often (cmiiw), so even though he Does live with haobin he isn't there often enough that it... impedes on their privacy bc i imagine that was haobin's motivation for moving out of the zb1 dorm, but like you said if it were just them moving out it'd look too suspicious past the point of plausible deniability
