favorite: Star Trek. It's a very kind fandom, probably because it's a very old fandom and they've seen everything before, and the average Trekkie understands their favorite media on a deeper level than pretty much any other fandom I know.

least favorite: Evangelion. I don't care which underage girl you think is prettier, I came here to talk about existentialism!
