In modern universes Eden ends up being a labor and delivery nurse. She keeps track of how many babies she helps deliver with a jar and blure & pink colored beads! When she delivers twins or triplets she ties their beads together with a little yarn.

In a a historical AU, Eden ends up as a nurse & works at her husband's gunshop. She also helps him outfit people with prosthetic limbs!
