ABSOLUTELY HE IS! and what a freak! A rework of jerome valeska, this fellow was born and bred and raised to be a circus performer. Nothing completed his life like the circus. He didn't think outside of it much... except... When coming into adulthood he got curious about his mother, and went on a road trip to find her! maybe rekindle their relationship- figure out why he'd been abandoned in Gotham of all places. It didn't go how he planned. big blowout! womp womp. apparently mommy dearest had hidden a lot from him. Including the circumstances of his birth..... he did not come into this world as cold and alone as he thought... but who needs 'em anyway, huh? all that's just getting in the way of the big fish to fry! surely nobody in his family cares enough to come looking!
