Other than the EC comics style/format - not really. I used to have a folder of covers that amused me (snowmen shooting lasers to conquer the planet, gorilla holding a librarian at gunpoint demanding a book that will give him supreme power somehow)

In general though, I tend to gravitate more towards older covers - the Silver Age was a gold mine of great covers! Most modern stuff is pretty standard pin-up fare, which isn't as fun to work from.
