inspired by a 4b tweet but applies broadly. people are just being misogynistic for fun, for clout, because they have no place to channel their vitriol about mundane things that may or may not have any bearing on their lives. i think it's heinous to go around being like ugh the radicalization of men! and then normalize deriding women constantly. something has to give. and what gives is always people's empathy for women.
