What do you prefer; a big friend group and y'all talk/hang out collectively, or the few friends you talk/hang out with separately?

I’m honestly in between. I would love to have a friendgroup, but I want it small. Like 4-6 people. Just enough for all of us to talk together and hangout. I don’t like when there’s a lot because I feel more people get left out!! ;(

i'd preffer small friend group, not a big one i have to admit that i'm not a big fan of talking/hanging out separately, but I do enjoy it when it happens!

small friends. i only have 2 and they are both in contact with me but not with eachother anymore

Weirdly enough, bigger groups are less overwhelming for me since people focus on me less, so I prefer them because I don't have to actively try and keep up with conversation as much. One-on-one makes me too there. If that makes sense

I have had big friend groups and few friends I talk to separately, I personally find big groups appealing to me a person who struggles with socialising as if one of us can't continue the conversation another could try to help and pick it up again, that probably sounds wrong sorry, though there are times where individual talk is nice, my best friend is someone I mostly talk to individually because our previous friend group where we met each other is sort of falling apart (We're still somewhat together just missing a few people because of an argument but it's still not really the same), and we don't really share many other servers or places that we both talk in a lot
And I currently have what I consider a big friend group, it's a couple members in a Sk8 the Infinity server, about 8+ people including myself, we vc every day and talk about literally everything other than Sk8 it seems
While it's hard to pick as both have their pros and cons, and there were a few down times where I had neither or only one of those and wished I had one or the other (why is my social life a literal rollercoaster), I think I prefer closer friends and individual talk, since we're comfortable enough with each other if it's reached that point

definitely a few friends, i hate big friend groups as they overwhelm me and half the time people will shit talk you behind your back

I don’t have many friends and I don’t tend to keep up with the ones I have if there’s too many (that sounds awful, sorry) so a smaller friendship

My dream is to have a big friend group where everyone is very close <3 I love the little times when I get to have a big friend group for awhile :3

my friend group has 6 people including me, so i suppose i'd pick the big group? i'm pretty close to most of them individually though ^_^

I think the first option would kill me. talking in big friend groups makes me very uncomfortable honestly, even if it's with people I know. just a group of two or three people is fine for me, and more preferred over bigger groups.

I like one-on-one interactions but I kinda need friend groups to find people to have them with

Responding to my own question; I kinda prefer one on one interaction if I'm unfamiliar with the friend group. Also group chats or servers tend to freak me out if they super active (I can't catch up and respond accordingly).
