That looks like they gave the nav element a background-image and a border-image, so I guess look up the Mozilla Developer Network pages for those? I can't really be more specific because I'm not sure if you want your nav to look exactly the same, or just general tutorials on CSS border and background images, or just ways to make your nav look cool in general.
