i played mouthwashing recently, it was very good. it made good on promises from the demo. in general if i had to choose, pathologic maybe. i dont know if the 'are vns games' debate is still going on, but my favorite horror vn is gore screaming show.
I play even fewer horror games than horror movies...
does Yume Nikki count? maybe that.
