â €what was the first fandom you were in?
what does it mean to be "in" a fandom? does it mean to just like a media property, or do you have to actively be involved in its community?
either way, probably Pokémon. I got into Mario first but was never that in depth of a fan

come to think of it, the only Pokémon fan content I ever made was ROMhacks and other fangames, and I don't remember ever publishing anything I made (because I never finished my projects)
my main interaction with the community would have been playing the card game at local stores, and maybe using fan forums a bit but I don't remember if I ever did
so maybe I should say Minecraft. I was very active on the old Minecraft Forum and made several failed attempts at mapping.
I’d say to interact with the community imo, or look into the community. you could still be a fan but not in a fandom if that makes sense? the fandom is fanfiction, fanart, headcanons, etc imo
