Dr Clef here, I don’t speak hexadecimal. I speak hexashotgun.
The rest are probably random. Likely outputted by cat /dev/urandom | more. (piped to more in order to be copiable)
It's probably a Hexadecimal code (?) !! I tried putting it in a hex decoder & it resulted with this :
I mean , " HELP " is something but I have no idea what the rest is . It could be a combination of multiple different code forms I dunno
