Star Trek is probably the best one I've been in. Most of the fandom is very welcoming and chill, and embodies the values of the franchise (optimism, peace, and the love of diversity).

It has its toxic side; being one of the oldest fandoms is a bit of a double-edged sword because it means that many fans know what toxicity looks like and how to avoid it, but it also means that there are entire communities of canon-obsessed sticklers who hate everything new. But if I just pick any online Star Trek community at random I find I'm more likely to land on the wholesome side than the toxic side.

While every fandom has its weird side which is a given of course however the fandom that was really good in general and rarely saw any bad things abt was the Delicious in Dungeon/Dungeon Meshi fandom! Also appreciate the wlw ships getting more attention for once which I loved FARCILLE MY PARENTS!! -🎼
