I felt the same way but I missed a lot of opportunities for good interest related urls because of this fear, y'know if that motivates you. I usually say stuff along the lines of how important the url is to me and what I plan to do with it! So an example I guess would be along the lines of "This song has had a huge impact on me so it would mean a lot if I got this url. I will use this url as [whatever you want]."
