this is late but nobody has pointed it out yet so i want to say this is not how concession works; if the "loser" concedes and congratulates the "winner" but it's later revealed that they received more electoral votes, they will become the president-elect instead. it's happened before!
kamala did not receive more electoral votes, trump has reached 300 and she still has 226. she conceded and nobody in the government is willing to see if it was rigged. biden and many democrats have said to accept that trump has won. so yes, unfortunately trump is the 47th president
