i use this site to grab colors, and this site to edit my pics to match! i usually grab image masks/aes stuff from pinterest, and use this to check color contrast

you experiment! find a color picker or palette generator (online or otherwise) and try out pretty colors

and maybe learn some CSS! there are loads of resources online
