ahh that's a common stance w ongoing fic... i personally love reading ongoing fic because i think it's fun to follow along with stories! the feeling of the subscription email hitting my inbox with a new chapter is unmatched 🥹 plus i know that it can really help authors retain the motivation to finish a story if they know people are reading along! i personally don't mind even if fics never get finished because i just make up the ending in my head LOL but i know other people feel differently.

omg ok so i've also recently been thinking abt a firefighter au lol SPECIFICALLY two different firefighter aus. the first involves firefighter minho being the cover photo for his fire station's annual calendar to raise funds for the fire department.... seungmin seeing the calendar at his friend felix's bakery and immediately going Who Is That

the other involves minho making Way too much fried chicken and giving the extras to his local fire station, where he meets firefighter seungmin and immediately decides he needs to keep tripling his recipes

not any more than usual HAHA but since u asked i will leave u w an idea i was reminded of this morning:

mechanic minho w his jumpsuit tied at the waist on a hot day.... a smear of engine oil down his left bicep while he's sweating through his white r shirt... meanwhile salaryman seungmin waiting for his car to be serviced, loosening his tie and wondering whether it's just the heat making him feel so hot
