When it comes to curing a broken heart, I think there are a few things that really help:

Talk It Out: Talk to your friends, family, or even a therapist. Sharing what you’re going through can lighten the load and help you feel less alone.

Take Care of You: Focus on self-care! Whether it’s getting enough sleep, eating well, or doing something you love, treating yourself kindly is important.

Try Something New: Dive into new hobbies or activities that excite you.

Just remember, healing isn’t a race. Take all the time you need, and don’t forget to be gentle with yourself along the way!
