hi! "plural" is a general/catchall term for people who have headmates, more than one personality/identity, and/or systems !! i am in that demographic, which means that i have headmates or "multiple personalities". I am not a big fan of using the term "system" for myself though, and generally just say that i'm plural _ thank you for the question anon
