It is also sad to think about Hanbin's early on comment. When he told fans to look forward to more Haobin content. He was really thinking that they could be themselves with each other as idols, but the moment they tried to be themselves like they were on BP, they both got restricted. Meanwhile, everyone else in the group were able to act how they wanted. Not to say it is a bad thing because I like the other members too, but annoying when it only happens to haobin. That is why I savor those concert moments where they interact a lot more. Or those special moments where they do something in music shows during the choreo or outside the main camera where Hanbin tries to hold for Hao's hand or vice versa. Even the fanmeetings are special because of how much more we get out of it. One of my absolute favorite moments was seeing Hanbin jealous when Hao was doing cute things with Jiwoong. The stare he gave and then the random prop he grabbed just to get Hao's attention was adorable because Hao is just clueless and doesn't notice Hanbin's jealousy. Usually, it's Hao who shows his jealousy. It's funny because Jiwoong is part of the group, so they must have not been close to feel a little threatened by his presence around Hao. Sometimes I find the variety content in the main channel a little painful because of how restricted haobin are with each other. Then, people start questioning or become confused on how haobin is even a thing. Don't get me started on how the boys don't even do lives with each other unless it's all of them or for a video. The amount of goofiness we could have seen from all of them, especially the amount of haobin lives since they live together and we could be seeing them hugging while talking to us because these are things I've seen happen in other boy groups. Pshhh they could even include Gyuvin. Overall, I hope we get to see more Haobin when the contract ends or if they join a company together for group activities.
Definitely, kpop fanthoms have an ugly side. I don't understand how fans think they will have a chance to date any idol. I find Hanbin hot and handsome and I think that sweet personality makes him even more attractive, but I know I will never date him. It's silly akgaes think they have a chance. I'm sure Hanbin was there supporting Hao during that rough time. Kind of like right now where Hao and Yujin are being criticized for something so silly. The boys are supporting them and having their backs. How was Hanbin doing during that time of escalation when there was so much heat thrown at Hao and him?
Hao has mentioned that Hanbin can only be honest with his feelings, frustrations, and basically anything to Hao. Meanwhile, with others, he tries to remain nice and kind. That's the extend of their relationship and the reason why Hao wants to take care of Hanbin since Hanbin takes care of everything else.
I also think it's easier for Hanbin to come out properly to someone like Matthew, who is Canadian versus someone from Korea. Plus Matthew knew based on the interview question on who he would choose. Jiwoong or Hanbin. He said that not choosing Hanbin would be fine because he would still have Hao. The way he said that was in a way where he knows they were in a relationship, dating, or interested romantically with each other. Otherwise, it wouldn't make sense since Matthew has known Hanbin longer and were close friends. Yujin referenced Hao as "mom" and Hanbin as "dad," didn't he? So the younger generation seems a bit more open minded.
