hi again (assuming you're the one who sent the first message), you must have not read all my stories, because i do write both dynamics. it's okay to have a preference, people should read/write whatever they want. i just don't think it's okay to come to me to complain for not writing your preference and demanding that i tag dynamics when it don't like doing it for many reasons. do you see this is not about preferences at all? it's about what's relevant in a story, and what these preferences mean when they're seen as a central element of a fic.

as authors, we put a lot of hard work into writing stories, and in my case, the smut is rarely a central part of my fics (i only wrote one pwp and most of my fics have one or 2 smut scenes). i am really thankful that you enjoy my stories and i hope you continue enjoying them in the future. i really appreciate all of my readers, but i just want people to be respectful of my choices of choosing not to tag. and again, this is not about what >you< enjoy reading and i hope you can understand that.

hi, i write all dynamics. you must have only read the stories with the same dynamics because well, i usually only write one smut scene and there's a choice to be made. and i am not criticizing readers for having preferences, i just don't appreciate people imposing their preferences on writers. if people only want to read bottom x, amazing, but don't complain that my story isn't bottom x. and it's not just simply about who tops who bottoms, it's about making this a central aspect of the fic, which i don't. thanks for liking my writing and reading regardless of the dynamics, that means a lot!

girl the tag is there: "who's the top who's the bottom guess you'll have to read to find out". i have said several times why i don't tag bedroom dynamics - i do not trap my characters into heteronormative gender dynamics and i don't like reducing my stories to who fucks who. Tae being flirtatious should have nothing to do with him being a top or a bottom. that's such a superficial and problematic way of understanding people that i refuse to engage with. in this story especially, i tried to break with all the stereotypes expected from the characters, hence why you have a loser vampire and not a powerful one. i am sorry you felt disappointed after loving the story, this detail shouldn't ruin the whole experience for you - it's just once scene after all. and criticizing my writing is criticizing me, as we are not separate entities. it really upsets me that you think it's okay to come say to me you think my story is unpleasant because it's not written according to your preferences. i understand you prefer a specific bedroom dynamic, but that's easily solved by using the search bar.
